Not sure if the artwork will look perfect on your wall? We’re here to help.
Simply send us a photo of your wall along with the artwork you’re interested in at miashalyart@gmail.com, and we’ll provide you with an accurate preview.

Returns

How to Return an Item:

  1. Item Condition:

    • Ensure the artwork and its original packaging are in perfect, undamaged condition.
    • Retain the original box and protective wrapping as they are needed for the return.

  2. Return Request:

    • Contact us at miashalyart@gmail.com to request a return before sending the item back.
    • Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Once your return is approved, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

    • Please ship the item to the following address:

  4. Refund Process:

    • After we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the product price, excluding the original delivery charge.

  5. Important:

    • The return postage cost may exceed the original shipping charge due to differences in shipping rates.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours:
    • You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing it for a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours:
    • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will still be processed; however, the payment will be forfeited due to production costs incurred.

Unclaimed Package Fees

  1. Storage Fee:

    • If you are unable to claim your package on the designated delivery date, a storage fee of €60 will be applied to cover holding costs.

  2. Additional Shipping Fee:

    • If storage fees apply, an additional shipping fee will be required for reprocessing and reshipping your package.

  3. Forfeiture of Payment:

    • If your package is returned to us after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts and you choose not to pay the storage and additional shipping fees, your original payment will be forfeited.
    • No refund will be issued in this scenario as we have fulfilled our responsibility to ship the product as per your order.
